Upcoming Lecture: December 21st, 2016

At 1:30pm on December 21st, 2016, I’m giving a lecture/slideshow. It’s called “After The Quake: Lessons From Nepal.” Here’s a description of the event:

Mountain guide Charlotte Austin has worked extensively in the Himalayas, and witnessed the earthquake of 2015 first-hand. Join us to see photos from before and after the quake, hear stories of progress and regrowth, and join a discussion about the future of climbing in Nepal.

The event is part of the Armchair Traveler Lecture Series at Panorama City, and it will be held at the Panorama City Auditorium. Here’s the address:
