Rite in the Rain
I recently spent a fun weekend collaborating with folks from Rite in the Rain, a Tacoma-based company that makes waterproof notebooks and other all-weather writing products. We had planned to shoot images for their website and catalog, but the weather was so mercurial that the we spent a lot of time huddled in the back of a pickup truck. In the Cascades, sometimes that’s just how it goes.
Rite in the Rain is a neat company—their products are made of recycled materials, they’re durable, and they can be recycled like any other paper. I’ve been loving this notebook, and I’m excited to incorporate some waterproof paper into a couple of upcoming projects. Plus, they let me bring Huckleberry (my dog) to our photo shoot.
